Refund & Return Policy



Handmade Quality & Minor Imperfections


All Lustre Lane items are handcrafted individually, and due to the nature of resin art, each piece is completely unique.

Minor variations such as:


  • Micro-bubbles
  • Slight texture differences
  • Color marbling or swirl patterns
  • Small mold marks



…are normal and occur naturally during the curing process.


These characteristics are part of the handmade charm of resin artwork and are not considered defects.

For this reason, Lustre Lane does not accept returns or issue refunds for items with minor imperfections.



Damaged Items (Shipping Damage Only)

If your order arrives with significant damage caused during transit, you may qualify for a replacement or refund.

 


To process a shipping damage claim, you must:


  1. Contact me within 24 hours of receiving your package.
  2. Email clear photo evidence of the damage to:

  3. Include photos of:
    • The damaged item
    • The shipping box
    • Any damage to packaging material
    • The shipping label (if requested)
  4. After reviewing the photos, I will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.


Non-Returnable Items


Because all items are made-to-order or handcrafted:


  • Returns are not accepted
  • Exchanges are not accepted
  • Cancellations are not accepted once an order has begun processing


 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive your package, Lustre Lane is not responsible for lost or stolen mail.

 

Please contact your local post office for assistance in opening a missing-mail search.
