Processing Time

All orders are handmade and packed with care. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

 

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight:

 

Economy Shipping (5–8 Business Days)


  • Orders 0–5 lbs: $8.95
  • Orders 5–70 lbs: $19.90
  • Free Economy Shipping on all U.S. orders $50 and up

Standard Shipping (3–5 Business Days)


  • Orders 0–1 lb: $8.95
  • Orders 1–5 lbs: $11.90

Delivery times begin after your order has shipped. These timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary.

 


Shipping Carriers

Lustre Lane ships using:


  • USPS Ground Advantage
  • USPS Priority Mail
  • UPS Ground
    The carrier is selected automatically based on the best available rate and delivery speed.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to begin showing movement.


Shipping Locations

Lustre Lane currently ships to addresses within the United States.

 

International shipping may be added in the future.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

 

Lustre Lane is not responsible for:


Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Delays caused by the carrier
  • Damage that occurs during transit

If your package arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos so I can help file a claim with the carrier.

 


Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Lustre Lane is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
